Real-Name RegistrationOnce inserted into the mobile device, the SIM will be activated; For eSIM, scan the activation QR code. The validity period of the SIM card service starts from the day it is activated and the service is commenced. The Telecommunications (Registration of SIM Cards) Regulation (“Regulation”) came into effect on 1st September 2021. Pursuant to the Regulation, prepaid SIM cards that can be used in Hong Kong must complete registration in order to activate or continue the use of telecommunications service from 1 March 2022.Register Here

Fair use of dataIt provides 120GB 4G network mobile data service and tethering and Peer-to-Peer services would not be available.

Data validity period365-Day. From the SIM card activation date to 23:59 Hong Kong time on the first day.

Validity periodThe prepaid card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. It will be invaild after expiry.

Whether add value · The SIM is valid for 365 days upon initial activation. It provides 4G network 120GB mobile data service and 2000 minutes local voice service is available for receiving calls and making outgoing calls to local. Once all data has been consumed, voice services will also be suspended at the meantime and any unused voice local minutes will be forfeited. Customer can re-charge/top-up the SIM card for service resumption in 30 days after the data is used up or SIM card expired, otherwise the SIM will no longer be valid.
· Re-charge/top-up HK$250 for service resumption (120GB local data + 2000 local voice minutes) with valid period of 365 days.
· Data & Voice calculation will be re-started and not accumulated with previous subscription upon renewal of data & voice package.
· All voice calls are charged at 1 minute increment.
